Project Manager
Due to growth within company, we are seeking to employ a Project Manager to join our site based team in Reading.
Your main responsibilities are to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget
The successful candidate for the Project Manager role will fill the following requirements:
• A proven track record in fit-out, refurbishment and space planning projects relating to commercial offices, typically the projects range in value from £50,000 - £2m.
• Able to deliver the very highest standards on your projects, and be able to do what it takes to produce the desired results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels confidently.
• Good computer skills in the MS suite of software and must be professionally qualified, preferably RICS

AutoCAD Technician
We currently have a contract position for an AutoCAD Technician to join our team, to be based in London and the South East.
You would be responsible for achieving the effective delivery of drawings for a variety of projects, and general CAD duties to support the design team.
It is essential that candidates have a minimum of 2-3 years AutoCAD experience and used Microsoft Office software on a daily basis.
You should also have good communication skills, both written and verbal, be a self motivated team player and have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.

Measured Building Surveyors
We currently have contract positions for Measured Building Surveyors.
We carry out measured surveys of buildings to produce accurate drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections and site plans, to be used by our clients and design team.
It is essential that candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience of being the lead surveyor in measuring entire buildings, preferably using hand held laser measures. Knowledge and experience of total stations would be an advantage.
Candidates must also have a minimum of 2-3 years AutoCAD experience and used Microsoft Office software on a daily basis.
Being located close to London would be an advantage, although not essential, providing you are willing to travel.

Freelance AutoCAD Technicians & Measured Building Surveyors
We are looking for freelance CAD Technicians and Measured Building Surveyors to assist our busy and enthusiastic London office on an adhoc basis. The applicant should be competent in the use of AutoCAD and work well both in a team a by themselves.
Being located close to London would be an advantage, although not essential, providing you are willing to travel.

Churn Manager
Location: London – Central / West
We are looking for an experienced Moves Manager , who will be required to manage and co-ordinate all space planning, project and churn activities based on client sites, encompassing both large scale and small moves you will need to determine the requirements for all both via liaising with relevant user groups, and with effective planning and management will produce successful delivery.
It will be essential to have a good knowledge of CAD systems, primarily AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Packages, have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, be a self motivated team player and have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
