Workplace Designs were part of the Microsoft team in the delivery of a fantastic new office on the Reading Thames Vally Park campus.
As a client representative, we acted on behalf of Microsoft with the Design Brief, Contractor liaison and client lead for Design sign-off
Workplace Designs were also appointed to develop the furniture scheme as a Solutions Consultant alongside the appointed architect.
WDL managed furniture procurement from 12 different client selected suppliers and delivered the specified requirement for substantially less than the budgeted market prices.
We managed the logistical phased installation over 3 weeks on a floor by floor basis and combined the installation with the re‐location of 760 staff, implementation of FM services and other fixtures and fitting such as signage and equipment over a single weekend.
